Cheese and Herb Spread
2 cups cheddar, Monterey jack or German butter cheese
1/4 cup sweet butter
2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dill
Combine cheese and butter. Mix well. Add chives, paprika, dill and
caraway seeds. Mix well. Serve with crackers, harder breads, melba
toast, toast corners or chips.
