3 cloves garlic
5 sprigs fresh basil
10 - 12 sun dried tomatoes
1/3 cup pine nuts
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp of parmesan
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. good grade olive oil
Chop basil and tomatoes small. Sauté garlic until golden, adding pine
nuts until brown. Combine the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT the oil,
with garlic and nut mixture. Blend in blender or food processor, adding
drops of oil a bit at a time until the desired consistency is achieved.
Use with any type of pasta. Stores well in fridge for later use.
